You never know how a sibling is going to react to a new baby brother or sister. Some seem traumatized by the new addition and act out, while others are indifferent. Cutest of all is when they fall in love with the new baby. Take ownership and pride in their existence. Love on them intensely. This was Grant. He was so full of love for his baby sister. He would hold her and laugh and smile with his whole body. Even his little toes would wiggle in joy. It was pretty fantastic.

Now, if that wasn’t ridiculously adorable enough, he also has a thing for cameras. They make him happy. Not in a performing or forced cheesey smile kind of way, but in a “yay! we’re taking pictures” kind of way. Unprecedented I tell you.

Baby Grace was unphased by all the noisy love. This tiny creature already has a calming. peaceful presence about her. Her name seems to be a perfect fit.
