Most families choose to delay family photographs when they have a new baby on the way. I did the same myself and I have to say, I regret it. I thought it would be weird to have our family of three on the walls when we soon would be four. Turns out I missed capturing that brief period of time when Micah was our baby. It’s hard to even remember that time and it was only a year and a half ago!

Recently, I ran across an interesting article explaining how kids’ self-esteem can be enhanced by photographs and I thought, Tia is brilliant! When people visit to see the new baby, the older children get to show off their photos covering the walls. I can’t think of a better way to show them how important they are when all the attention is focused on the newborn. Nice work Tia! You’re brilliant and an incredible mother. I can’t wait to meet the new baby!
